Impact
The key to having a positive impact is love! Mark 12 tells us to first love God, and then to love others with the love of Christ.
Life is filled with countless opportunities for Impact. At home, church, school, work, and the other activities in which we engage, God wants our everyday living to be offered to Him, that we might be used to be a blessing to others!
Growth
Spiritual Growth is a key factor in becoming a person of Impact and Outreach as we strive to live out Mark 12. The Bible instructs us to grow!
"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." -Colossians 2:6-7
Outreach
Jesus tells us in Mark 12 the second greatest commandment is...
loving "our neighbors." Matthew 14 gives us the account of Jesus feeding the 5000 with five loaves of bread and two fish. The disciples idea of the people being fed was for Jesus to send them away.
"That evening the disciples came to him and said,
"This is a desolate place, and it is getting late. Send the crowds away so they can go to the villages and buy food for themselves." But Jesus replied, "That isn’t necessary—you feed them." -Matthew 14:15-16
About IGO

"IGO" is short for Impact, Growth, and Outreach. These three components help us live out the vision of BridgePointe Church. "IGO" provides the necessary structure for connection and accountability and challenges us individually, and corporately as a church, to live out Mark 12.
